STAINLESS STEEL BLADE – The blade on this slicing knife is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel and hand sharpened. The 7 inch blade is ultra sharp and durable.
DISHWASHER SAFE HANDLE - The handle on this meat slicer is comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher. Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but this handle is dishwasher tolerant.
